Razvan is one of the founders of IDS and has been the driving force behind all the engineering output as the lead developer. With over 12 years of experience in Filemaker, he has build, refab or improved dozens of applications build in different domains. He has a background in Computer Science and a Master's in Medical Engineering.

Ruxandra is a pediatrician with a strong passion for technology, big clinical data, and research. She joined us in 2024 to strengthen our expertise in the medical sector and refine our solutions. By bridging the gap between medical practice and technology, she enhances our understanding of clinical workflows and develops tools that support both specialists and auxiliary staff, improving efficiency and quality control.

Having moved into startup and business development, he works closely with entrepreneurs, academic institutions, fund managers, and family offices to help translate ideas into sustainable, operational businesses. His approach centers on building strong, collaborative partnerships and bringing greater financial and strategic stability to the entrepreneurial journey.

Samuel joined us in 2024 as a university intern and later became a junior developer. With a background in Computer Science, he specializes in enhancing FileMaker's functionality by integrating JavaScript and other technologies, creating a more modern and seamless user experience.

Andrei is a full-stack developer with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca. He has built production-ready applications end to end, including a full-stack eCommerce platform with automated image processing and SSR, and a printshop management system with role-based access and automated invoicing. His toolkit spans Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL, with hands-on experience in Spring Boot, React, Next.js, Node.js, Prisma, RabbitMQ, and Docker.

Vlad is completing a Bachelor's degree in Computers and Information Science at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca. He works across the stack, from Python-based data processing and automation to backend development with C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL databases, with project experience ranging from a smart irrigation system to a medical appointment management platform. He has a broad technical toolkit spanning Java, C, C++, JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, and FileMaker, and is always looking to pick up new technologies.
